WRI EMPLOYEES AWARDED

Three employees Shri M. Ramakrishnan, Sr. Technician, Shri M. Soundarrajan, Fitter and Shri R. Kaliaperumal, Senior Executive Foreman working in WRI were honored with the prestigious Vishwarkarma Rashtriya Puraskar Class “C” award in recognition of their innovative development and fabrication of new facility to test weld fracture toughness at low temperature in the manufacture of electrodes. The indigenously developed and fabricated facility saved foreign exchange to the tune of Rs.11.5 lakhs.
